Ms. K.Sandhya Rani
Ms. K.Sandhya Rani , a 1987 batch Indian Postal Service officer, has held several key assignments with the Government of India and the Government of Andhra Pradesh, retiring as Member (Banking & DBT) of the Postal Services Board, Department of Posts. In this role, she shaped national policy on postal banking, coordinating with the Ministry of Finance and other ministries. She served on the Board of India Post Payments Bank, influencing policies for quality enhancement and service expansion, and earlier worked as Chief Postmaster General, Telangana State.
As Commissioner of School Education, Andhra Pradesh (2015–2019), she spearheaded academic reforms and technology-driven initiatives, introducing digital classrooms, personalized learning systems, school information management, happiness curriculum, and governance improvements across government schools.
As Postmaster General (Business Development & Mails) from 2010–2014, she implemented large-scale Direct Benefit Transfer schemes, disbursing pensions and NREGS wages to over 1.25 crore beneficiaries, and represented India at global forums such as the World Bank Spring Meetings on Digital Finance. From 2001–2004, as Regional Project Director with the Society for Elimination of Rural Poverty (SERP), she implemented World Bank–funded poverty alleviation programs across 22 districts, promoting rural insurance, crop coverage, and self-help groups. Between 2004–2007, she served as Social Development Adviser to the UK’s DFID, providing policy guidance and monitoring development projects in West Bengal and Andhra Pradesh.
She has also consulted for the International Labour Organization on child labour and bonded labour eradication and has delivered lectures at IIM Ahmedabad, LBSNAA, and other premier institutions. Widely recognized for her contributions to e-governance, social sector reform, and financial inclusion, she has published reports and presented at numerous national and international conferences.
Dr. Arunima Mamidi
Dr. Arunima Mamidi completed her medical education at Sri Venkateswara Medical College, followed by residency at Michigan State University/East Lansing, Kalamazoo, Capital Health System (Fuld Campus), and fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. She established Princeton Infectious Diseases Associates, LLC in July 2003, starting as a solo practitioner and expanding her practice over the years.
She is a Board-Certified Specialist in Infectious Diseases, currently in private practice at Medical Arts Pavilion, Penn Medicine/Princeton Health, Plainsboro, New Jersey. After completing her Internal Medicine Residency, she served as Chief Resident and later Associate Director at Capital Health System.
She pursued fellowship in Infectious Diseases at Thomas Jefferson University and a fellowship in Primary Care Faculty Development from Michigan State University. Dr. Mamidi has published research in HIV/AIDS and is listed in America’s Top Physicians 2007 by the Consumers Research Council of America. Her special interests include HIV/AIDS, antimicrobial pharmacokinetics, tuberculosis, and travel medicine.
Dr. V Sudha
Dr. V. Sudha served as Professor and Head, Department of Business Management, Osmania University. She has published 62 papers and presented 40 papers nationally and internationally. She was a Visiting Research Scholar at Cleveland State University, Ohio, received the AICTE Career Award (Rs. 10.5 lakh grant for “Credit Rating Analysis” research), and the ‘Unsung Heroes’ Award from the Confederation of Indian Industry, Telangana Chapter.
She is a research supervisor, under whose guidance 2 PDFs, 18 PhDs, and 5 M.Phils have been awarded degrees. Her research interests include Corporate Finance, Capital Markets, and Financial Instruments. With 29 years of experience, including 2 years in corporate management, she has also held administrative roles such as Chairperson, Board of Studies, and Deputy Director, UGC-HRDC at Osmania University.
Ms. S Vaidehi
Ms. S. Vaidehi has served as a Volunteering Mentor in Teach For India and as Project Manager at Penal Reform International (Mar 2000 – Apr 2003), working on human rights initiatives. She volunteered with PRAJA, conducting case studies and research on women prisoners in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
Mr. G.Surender Reddy
G. Surender Reddy (B.Sc., Agriculture, 1973) has held several key positions throughout his career:
- Field Manager (1974–1978) at Nizam Sugar Factory, Zaheerabad, Telangana
- Joined State Bank of India (1979–2005) as Rural Development Officer and later served as Branch Manager
- Served as General Manager, Regional Rural Bank (1996–2000), Kakatiya Grameena Bank
After retirement in 2006, he founded an NGO promoting Rythu Mitra Groups, scaling operations to 18,244 women members across 177 villages with a turnover of ₹90 Crores.
He served as Consultant (2009–2013) to the Board of Management of Rudrama Devi Mahila MACS Society Ltd., Janagaon, supporting rural women empowerment. During his tenure, turnover increased from ₹10 Crores to ₹23 Crores, a 130% growth, aided by the introduction of systems, procedures, and computerisation.
Currently, the organisation continues to thrive, and a women’s Old Age Home for 250 members is now functioning under its auspices.

Mr. T.V. Partha Saradhi
T.V. Partha Saradhi served as Senior Consultant at NISG (2010–2021), advisor to TCIL, Government of India (2018–2019), and Director of Communications for the Government of Andhra Pradesh, managing IT and e-governance projects including the Telangana Satellite Network for Education and Training (1999–2014). He was General Manager at GCEL, Gujarat (1984–1999) and earlier worked at ISRO/Space Applications Centre (1972–1983).
Dr. Nittala Venkata Chalapathi Rao
Dr. Nittala Venkata Chalapathi Rao (Ph.D., FNA) specializes in EPMA & SEM Mineralogy, Igneous Petrology, Mantle Geochemistry, Geodynamics, and Mineral Resources. He completed B.Sc. (1989) and M.Sc. (1991) in Geology from Osmania University and Ph.D. (1994) from University of Cambridge, UK. He served as Senior Alexander von Humboldt Fellow, Germany (2008–2011), and worked at the Indian Bureau of Mines (1997–2007). He joined Banaras Hindu University in 2007, became Associate Professor in 2010, full Professor in 2013, and is currently on deputation at NCESS.
Sashi Gundala
Sashi Gundala, a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in education, co-founded Techno-Comp Inc, a global staffing and consulting firm. She also served as the director of curriculum development at NanoSkool and the director of community development at Belakoo Trust.
Holding a master’s in education from Rutgers University in the U.S. and an associate’s degree in educational leadership, she’s been a vocal advocate for educational initiatives in India and the U.S. She is the recipient of the ‘Lemonick Science Award’ from Princeton University and also completed ‘Mindfulness Training for Educators’ at Harvard University. Beyond her professional achievements, Sashi is a passionate lyricist, traveler, photographer, and yoga enthusiast.
